Return, Refund and Replacement Policy
1. Returns: Once the Goods are sold, they are not eligible for returns, refunds or replacements. Hence order small quantity first and once you are satisfied with the quality, you can order in bulk
2. Check out: Kindly check your cart twice before placing an order
3. Discounts: We provide all products through this website at a discounted price than other marketplaces hence, we do not provide and returns or refunds
4. Ordered in Error: However, in special cases and circumstances, whereby you have placed the order by mistake and would like to buy another item instead of what you have ordered or change the quantity of items ordered then you may contact us immediately on braskhardware@gmail.com, before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, no changes will be entertained.
5. Exchanges: We do not offer replacements or exchanges except in few exceptional cases, where we would like to believe that we have shipped a different product / colour or it is entirely our mistake in shipping the correct order. We will try to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Incomplete or Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, please contact our customer service team immediately on the above mentioned contact details and we will work to resolve the issue promptly and ensure that you receive correct items as soon as possible.
