Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1- 2 business days after payment confirmation excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, processing time may be extended by additional day or two.

2. Order Type: Currently we are shipping only prepaid orders and no COD ( Cash on Delivery ) orders will be entertained as we are already selling at a discount on this platform as compared to marketplaces.

3. Shipping Methods: We are providing standard shipping free of cost within India, though expedited shipping and express shipping will be available for an additional cost. You may contact us on braskhardware@gmail.com for scheduling expedited or express shipping throughout India, mentioning your order ID and contact number. Our team will get in touch with you and explain you the process, delivery partner and the additional cost for the same. Shipping cost and delivery times vary depending on the selected method and destination.

4. Domestic Shipping : We currently ship to addresses within INDIA, mostly all Pin Codes are covered, with few exceptions, where no courier service provider is having any delivery facility. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via DTDC and Shree Maruti Courier, whereas in few cases we might use Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart and other courier services. Standard Delivery by DTDC and Shree Maruti Courier is free of cost for the buyer, whereas for other services an additional cost will be charged as mentioned in point No. 3 above. Once the order is received, the payment is settled by the payments gateway mostly in 24 hours to 48 hours, and after receiving the payment in our bank, we ship the goods in next 24-48 hours maximum provided it is not a weekend or a public holiday. Once the goods are shipped it generally takes 1 to 7 business days for the customer to receive the goods within India. 

5. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to all the countries at an additional cost which may vary depending upon the item, package size and weight. As a promotional offer we are charging approximately 100 US Dollars for all orders irrespective of the size and weight of the package, and at checkout page automatically you will be charged 100 US Dollars as International Shipping fee.  We at York International hold the right to cancel this promotional offer and modify the international shipping policy anytime. International orders are shipped via Fedex, Blue dart, DHL and other reputed courier providers and are subject to custom duties, taxes and import fees on delivery. Once the payment is credited to our account we take maximum of 24 hours to 96 hours to ship your product, and the delivery time depends on the country and pin code, though it generally takes 7 to 15 business days for our international customers to receive their goods after the courier has left from our premises. 

6. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination. For India we offer free standard shipping through DTDC and Shree Maruti Courier and for other countries extra shipping cost shall be incurred for which you need to contact us as mentioned above.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. Kindly make sure that you enter correct pin code and state while placing the order.

8. Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

9. Lost or Stolen Package: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided by the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us as soon as possible.

10. Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory limitations. We reserve the right to refuse orders or adjust shipping methods for items that are not eligible for standard shipping.

11. Shipping Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our shipping policy will be reflected on this page.
